How to Choose the Right Herbal Soap for Your Skin Type
Share
With so many soap options, it helps to choose based on how your skin actually behaves rather than packaging claims. If your skin gets oily by midday, a neem-based soap is a good starting point. If it feels tight and dry after washing, look for something milder like rose & almond.
For occasional deep cleansing — after a dusty day or heavy makeup — a charcoal soap once or twice a week can help without over-drying skin used daily. Combination skin often does best rotating between two soaps depending on the day.
When in doubt, patch-test a small area for a few days before making any soap your daily default.
